about the job

• To maintain SAP BASIS to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
• Resonsible for 2nd and preferably 3rd-level SAP Basis support and system maintenance
• To execute system health checks, daily monitoring of system performance & tuning, system installation, upgrade, patching, SAP Note check & implementation, client copies/system refreshes, transport management, user administration, etc).
• To support project, if theres any
• To manage incident tickets or execute CR handling (security & authorization, job administration, connection problems, troubleshooting functional topics, etc).
