Key Responsibilities

• System Performance Review & Troubleshooting
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the SAP B1 system, environment, and configuration to determine root causes of:
  • UI lag and freezing
  • Printing and PDF preview delays
  • Slow search and lookup performance
  • Analyze client/server logs, SQL/HANA performance data, add-ons, and network factors to identify bottlenecks
  • Recommend and implement performance optimization strategies
• Crystal Reports Review & Optimization
  • Review, modify, and optimize existing Crystal Report forms and layouts
  • Resolve issues related to slow rendering, print preview delays, and PDF generation
