Center of Hope (COH) Coordinator

The Center of Hope (COH) Coordinator identifies and coordinates resources to meet the acute (Medical, Emotional and Legal) needs of the victims of violence (sexual assault, domestic violence/intimate partner violence, child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking). This position develops policies to ensure best practices are implemented to promote patient safety. The coordinator recruits, trains, and supports Forensic Nurse Examiners (and or by providing patient care) working in the Center of Hope to ensure competencies and standard of care met. This position requires collaborative work with the Medical Director, the area Centers of Hope or Sexual Assault Treatment Centers, and with the community at large.
