Samsung is now looking for a Technical Product Specialist for the Home Appliance team in Oslo, Norway. As Technical Product Specialist you will be part of the Customer Satisfaction CE team with the main responsibility to support Norwegian authorized service engineers in the field with technical issues and training. You will work consistently to find repair solutions that serve Samsung, the service engineers and most importantly the end consumer. **Key accountabilities**:
- Answer support phone/mail/tickets from service engineers and Call Center Agents
- Coordinate and execute trainings on new products for Samsung authorized service engineers
- Supply authorized service centers with new information regarding software and technical bulletins
