Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations ensuring seamless service delivery and a consistently positive client experience from opening to closing.
• Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment through effective leadership.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clientele and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain strict inventory control for all retail products and professional supplies optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
