Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Salesforce’s Agentforce platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, business consulting, and client-facing discovery skills.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the discovery and envisioning phases, identifying high-value use cases and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient Agentforce solutions.
