Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Design and implement real-time integrations using REST APIs between Salesforce, middleware, and downstream systems
  • Define data models, automation strategies (Flows, Apex), and system interactions for complex business processes
  • Ensure scalable and performant solutions for high-volume contact centre operations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and external vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams
  • Drive best practices around CI/CD, code quality, security, and governance
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging mechanisms
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise-level design decisions
