Job Description
- Use customer and user-experience-driven methodology to align on future state experience
including alignment to Collins Sales Global Blueprint
- Review of existing use cases to gain foundational understanding
- Through a customer experience lens, recommend ways to improve and simplify use cases based
on experience
- Facilitate a series of discovery sessions with stakeholder interviews, one-on-one interviews,
research readout, and job shadowing sessions
- Conduct a co-create workshop with business focals to map future state processes.
- Review and validate business objectives and priorities
- Share vision of the future state through process flows, journey maps, and prototypes
