- Experience in application testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills for user support.
- Capability to train users in the effective use of Jira and Confluence.
Mandatory Skills / Requirements - Utilize Adaptavist Script Runner for automation, including enhancing workflows, writing scheduled jobs, and configuring listeners.
- Manage Jira workflow properties, conditions, validators, and post-functions.
- Perform testing on plugins and environments following upgrades.
