Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for supporting the evolution and deployment of Salesforce solutions across divisions with a primary focus on Europe.

The role combines:

• Business analysis and process understanding
• Solution design and configuration
• Hands‑on Salesforce development

You will work closely with the Global CRM Lead and CRM Tea , contributing to improvements and implementations while respecting ITW’s decentralized operating model.
