- Engage stakeholders and end-users to grasp needs, issues, and desired outcomes. Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements. Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions.
- Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.
