Job Description
This role owns and refines a backlog of Salesforce Service Cloud user stories by partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify functionality. The Business Analyst ensures stories are well-defined, complete, and ready for development, while collaborating closely with the Salesforce Developer to support backlog execution. The role also assists with testing and validation of enhancements and bug fixes, participates in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and supports ongoing documentation and process improvements as the Salesforce platform evolves.
