JOB MANDATE:
Primarily responsible for design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of training programs and initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in concept meetings with training program proponents/requesting unitsDesign and development of content of training progmams catering to new hires and regular employeesPerfrom correspodence and coordinate execution of training programs with various units involvedPrepare and secure needed resources for sessions and facilitate the program executionManae and monitor training documentatiuon and post training activities - attendance records, training evaluation and compliance reportsEngagemenr with trainees in both on-site/physical and virtual learning environments #LI-MD2
