Responsibilities

• Achieve the sell-out target of the region
• Cascade and monitor promotion implementation status
• Recommend actions against competitor activity
• DISPLAY & VISUAL MERCHANDISING — Ensure that the Visual Merchandising guideline is executed in the region; Recommend opportunities for increase of display and visibility in the region; Ensure that display issues and concerns are addressed
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT — Supervises and manages BWL performance and activities; Responsible for back-checking, and evaluation of BWL performance.
• REPORT COMPLIANCE — Submits weekly and monthly team performance

• Bachelor's degree in any course
• With experience in training and development or any related field
