Job Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services.
Product Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants.
Sales Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management.
Job Requirements:
Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage
