Responsibilities

• Acquire new Jobley accounts for U.S. clients through strategic outreach
• Conduct outbound calls to collect information necessary for job creation
• Lead business negotiations and close deals independently when needed
• Guide and support the sales team to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
• Plan and execute strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to drive clients through the sales funnel
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead nurturing
• Communicate effectively with clients, handle inquiries, and follow up on leads
• Ensure the accuracy of client information and job postings in CRM tools
