Role Overview:
The Sales Systems Manager is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise systems that enable sales, pricing, ordering, and revenue processes. This role owns the functional configuration of assigned systems and has the skills required to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full transaction lifecycle, including issues originating from upstream systems, integrations, extensions, or other technical components. The role partners closely with business users, the ERP Manager, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable and accurate sales system operation.
