Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales or Customer Service Team Leader role, with an advantage of Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices
Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage
Knowledge of Pre-Payment and Revenue Management Products is advantageous
