Job Description: . Responsible for assist writing and design of company business web pages and public account news releases . Taking ownership to follow through on new account opening requests and conduct periodic client account review . Coordinating closely with various departments, including Sales, Compliance and Operations to ensure completeness of the client services. . Servicing existing clients, managing their account requests and applications for new exchanges/products Submission of customer's requests and reporting work progress to superiors.
