The Area Business Promotion Department leads the creation of customer touchpoints and business growth through real-world channels, with a core focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops nationwide. Each store serves as a vital front line of customer engagement, playing a significant role in supporting the brand experience by providing cross-sectional access to Rakuten Group services, including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce.
This position supports the sales operations that underpin our nationwide store network. Beyond mere administrative support, you will play a key role in supporting management decision-making and maximizing the performance of the department.
