Job Purpose
The key focus of the Sales Support Order Planner is to be responsible for supporting the Aftermarket business for Indochina.
Job Responsibilities
Provide liaison, support and co-ordination for aftermarket sales and logistics activities for key accounts in Territory and/or directed by the management, generation of quotes, processing of customers’ orders.Co-ordination and monitoring of the logistics and delivery of the customers’ ordered items with the supply chain organization.Be the initial point of contact for customer’s aftermarket requirements.Co-ordination of customers’ feedback with various internal stakeholders.Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and customer enquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.Support local warehouse’s stocking of fast-mo...
