Job Summary

The main purpose of this position is to provide sales support and customer service for distributors, customers and sales team for Xylem AMETI.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide Sales Support to customers, distributors and sales team Attending to phone, online and Sales Force enquiries. Communicate stock availability, pricing, freight charges. Attending and assisting walk in customers. Give sound technical advice to customers and distributors.

Generate quotations Evaluate enquiry specification and identify suitable product. Identify conversion opportunities as and when required. Selection of product as per customer specification on Solver. Support sales team with selection of products and accessories. Liaise with Applications Engineers and GCC for complex enquiries. Check pricing and stock availability on SAP/ IScala.
