As Customer Service / Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the sales and logistics teams to deliver outstanding service to customers. This is a sales-focused coordination role where accuracy, communication, and relationship management are at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll work under the guidance of a Product Sector Manager, liaising closely with customers and suppliers to ensure shipments run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include processing quotes, creating export orders and documentation, monitoring re-order cycles, and preparing order status reports. You’ll also provide backup support to managers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and customer requirements are consistently met.
