POSTITION DETAILS

MAIN FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Geographical scope is whole Asia region, excl. China.

- Assist Sales Coordinator on sales support tasks, mainly related to entering data in the company's CRM and ERP systems and replying email enquiries.

- Preparation of quotations, prepayment tax invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.

- Coordinate and tracking of sales orders, invoices and payment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

- Filing and reporting of warranty reports and claims.
