Responsibilities
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship management.
Develops clear written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates with accounting, warehouse (logistics) and technical service groups.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Maintain current knowledge of existing and new product prices and technical knowledge of glass and accessories items.
Maintain and manage showroom area, samples and sales and marketing materials.
