Job Description

• Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting vape products, accessories, and e-liquids.
• Educate customers on different products, including device operation, safety, and maintenance.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Maintain clean and organized product displays and restock inventory as needed.
• Stay updated on new vape products, trends, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Knowledge of vape products, devices, and accessories (preferred but not mandatory).
