• Deliver one‑stop medical solutions to our customers
• Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments
• Actively develop new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
• Proactively identify opportunities / new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
