Role Purpose
Drive sales growth and market penetration across Surgical Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, ENT and System Integration (SI). Build strong clinical relationships, support theatre procedures, and position the company as a trusted partner in advanced surgical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth — Achieve targets, grow territory, manage full sales cycle
- Capital Equipment & Device Sales — Towers, imaging systems, integrated theatres, consumables
- Clinical & Technical Support — In‑theatre support, demos, in‑servicing, new tech adoption
