**What you will do**

+ Drive sales of capital and disposable medical devices within assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets
+ Develop and execute territory plans to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline and deliver against budget expectations
+ Engage surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administrators to deliver product demonstrations and clinical support during procedures
+ Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts to increase market share
+ Organize and deliver product trainings, workshops, and in-theatre support sessions to ensure effective product adoption
+ Coordinate product logistics, including consignment, loan kits, and inventory, in partnership with internal stakeholders
