Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service.
• Educate customers about the benefits of ingredients and proper use of natural soaps and skincare products.
• Recommend products based on skin type, preferences and concerns.
• Promote new products, gift sets and seasonal offers.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing display.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure availability of key products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Offer follow-up service and after-sales care when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 1-2 years of real sales experience preferably in beauty cosmetics skincare or natural products retail.
• We are hiring a professional salesperson not just a cashier you must know how to approach customers identify their needs and confidently close sales.
