Position Overview
The role of the Sales Representative is to strategically grow and develop the sell‑through of Trend Micro’s consumer solutions in their given territory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Visit retail partners to train staff, merchandise stock, and attend meetings with store management on a daily basis.
- Nurture and maintain existing retail store relationships.
- Achieve quarterly sell‑through targets from retail partners for a defined area.
- Merchandise retail stores to maximise brand exposure and sell‑through.
- Educate and train retail partners at store visits, conferences, expos and training sessions on the features and benefits of Trend Micro Consumer products.
- Maintain a weekly/monthly/quarterly call cycle to ensure all stores are visited regularly.
- Contact key stores as determined by the Senior Channel Manager on a weekly basis via email or phone to discuss sell‑through performance.
