This role is responsible for driving new business, managing renewals and delivering high-quality customer service across General Insurance, including Commercial Motor, Private Motor and Personal Lines. It involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, negotiating with insurers, maintaining strong relationships to achieve business growth, customer retention and service excellence.
