Manage enquiries and follow up on leads generated via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities. 
Ensure accurate administration of course enrolments and proper documentation. 
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets. 
Deliver high standards of customer service and learner support. 
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, funding schemes, and industry trends. 
Selected sales persons who perform well will have opportunity to be involved in corporate sales.
