PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Sales Performance Manager (SPM) in Stellantis is a key leadership role that drives the success of the organization's sales objectives. This role involves managing sales teams, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is often preferred.
