Description Proceeding with sales order operation of Export channel for business units (i.e. verify customer PO, create Sales Order, delivery order, simulate shipment volume (CBM, #containers), booking export shipments).Monitoring product availability, allocating sales, and releasing delivery orders following standard SCM.Ensuring tasks are done timely.Ensuring sales order processing comply with company guideline.Managing an outstanding sales order to comply with company guidelines e.g. delivery rescheduling, aging sales order.Coordinating with cross-functions e.g. Sales & Marketing, A/R, SCM, Logistics & warehouse, and Indochina branch offices.Coordinating with external parties for Export shipment arrangement e.g. 3PL, shippi...
