Position Overview
An exceptional, highly professional, and results-driven Sales Operations Manager is required to work closely with the Sales Director and oversee the operational effectiveness, accountability, and performance of the sales department.
This is not a sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team performs at the highest level by driving accountability, managing priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all customer commitments, sales activities, and internal processes are executed effectively.
The position requires a mature, intelligent professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent emotional intelligence, and the confidence to manage, coach, and challenge sales personnel when necessary.
