The S&OP Leader will lead the global strategy around the Sales & Operations process for our LCS Business. This role includes order plant selection and support product transfers, capacity and material evaluations to set initial order/project promise dates for delivery performance. The Leader will manage customer communication processes, coordinate with ETO teams and ISC, and apply management and change‑management skills to improve production planning, supply forecasting, capacity balancing, delivery service, and cumulative lead time.
