As our next Strategy and Operations Lead within our Sales Revenue team , you will own the operational infrastructure that powers Checkatrade's trade acquisition and activation engine. This isn't a traditional Sales Ops role — Sales Ops at Checkatrade sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and Product, ensuring every team involved in generating revenue is aligned, data-informed, and operationally excellent.
You'll shape how we attract, qualify, convert, onboard, and upgrade tradespeople across our membership tiers and new products. SalesOps at a two-sided marketplace is different — you'll be optimising the supply side, balancing acquisition volume with quality, and supporting a sales team that sells to tradespeople who are simultaneously our product and our customers.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with a direct line of sight to revenue outcomes and a seat at the table in commercial planning.
