Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day sales operations for global trading activities (import & export).
  • Process purchase orders, sales contracts, and Proforma Invoices (PI).
  • Monitor order status and shipment schedules; update internal systems accordingly.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, L/C documents, etc.).
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of trade and shipping records.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers (local & overseas).
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and manage basic commercial terms.
  • Follow up on issues, claims, and after-sales matters with the Sales Manager.
  • Support quotation preparation and basic cost calculations.
  • Update sales records, shipment tracking, and payment schedules.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
