Manage and coordinate all aspects of Sales Operations. The SOM role exists to enable the companies resources are fully available to the sales force enabling them to perform more efficiently and professionally. The SOM is also responsible for how the company interfaces with customer in terms of Orders, Information, Credit and Stock and Distribution thru a Customer Service Unit. Other responsibilities include managing the sales target by area/channel/individual as well as facilitating the smooth and consistent achievement of sales KPIs. The SOM exists to provide a comprehensive support service to all functions within the sales area.
