            Key Responsibilities  Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. 
Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery. 
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases. 
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. 
 Sales Support  Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. 
Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports. 
Support lead management and customer follow-up activities. 
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support. 
 Data Management & Reporting  Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases. 
Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports. 
Monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
