Mission

• The Sales operation and analyst will oversee three activities: Sales activities, monitoring the project flow and sales administration
• Oversee the market research, analyzing the sales trend and coordinating the whole CRM activities.
• In charge in recording monthly forecasted and actual sales.
• Ensure the sales process are in order until the hand over to the PM is done.
• Coordinate with other department to handle the ordering process until the close of project.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and coordination when required.

Market Knowledge

• To cover the whole activities in Asia Pacific region.
• Analyzing sales performance (per countries, per market) – using CRM database and sale forecast.
• The analysis should be updated regularly as a sales analysis tool for the salesperson.
