Sales Operation Analyst (based in Singapore) Our Client is a one of the Global Top Manufacturing and Engineering Software Vendors. They are seeking for a Sales Operation Analyst to support the sales team for sales process, reporting, and CRM requirements. This role is based in Singapore and covers SE Asia.
Responsibilities - Process high volume of direct and indirect sales orders and provide general sales support to achieve objectives (reporting, planning and analysis)
- Act as customer’s point of contact
- Work independently in resolving business issues effectively and productively with systems and data
- Work on daily administrative tasks and general duties in the sales department
- Responsible in documenting operational processes, ensure efficiency and high quality work
