We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to lead our satellite operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage sales performance, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the satellite office, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and delivery of high service standards.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Lead sales activities, monitor performance, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Prepare and analyze End-of-Day (EOD), Month-to-Date (MTD), and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making.
