Job description for Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities - You will be directly involved in the process of consultation and marketing of Freight Forwarding /NVOCC/logistic services. Able to handle carriers/feeder operation.
- Ability to self-manage and drive to results and manage a team of sales executives, customers service executives - both exports and imports.
- To develop strong business building relationship with existing and new customer base.
- To be fully accountable for meeting individual key performance indicators and targets.
- Meeting sales forecast and target.
- Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance, and plans.
- Willing to travel overseas on short notice.
Requirements - Must have minimum Diploma/ University Degree in any discipline.
