Minimum Requirements

• Valid passport and legal right to work in Tanzania, or ability to obtain the necessary work authorization.
• Currently residing in Arusha, Tanzania, or willing to relocate permanently to Arusha.
• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' sales and marketing experience within hospitality, tourism, safari or luxury travel sectors.
• Strong understanding of the East African tourism market and DMC landscape.
• Proven experience managing travel trade relationships and generating revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and market analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
