Market Development:

• Conduct competitor analysis-monthly
• Develop luxury market positioning (CPT & JHB)
• Build travel trade relationships.
• Ensure 60% direct booking channels.

Client Management:

• Interact with guests, conduct hotel tours
• Prepare proposals and contracts.
• Maintain CRM databases.
• Manage repeat corporate business.
• Secure corporate travel contracts & accounts.

Marketing Coordination:

• Create marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional packages.
• Manage digital booking trends.
