About the job Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Biomedical

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities between the Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Branch Offices, Logistics, and Stores .

Maintain and update CRM records , sales data, and customer follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and tender documentation .

Track sales orders, instrument/implant deliveries, parked items , and hospital returns.

Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management review.

Maintain and organize meeting schedules , follow-up lists, and communication updates for the National Sales Manager.

Assist in inventory coordination with the store team to ensure availability of implants and instruments.

Support in tender submissions, documentation, and compliance files .
