The New Home Counselor receives training and mentorship from the Director of Sales and VP, Sales and Marketing. The New Home Counselor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. Responsibilities include leading the sales process and regularly improving sales and administrative programs. You will provide detailed information about the product and organization. Building connections with team members and external collaborators will help drive leads and convert prospects into buyers.
