Currently, we have two Vietnamese sales staff. This position will work as a playing manager, not only in management tasks, but also in sales tasks. This position also supports the foreign sales teams at other branches and the Binh Duong offices. - Developing new clients: + Creating a list of potential clients, primarily factories, that can accommodate vending machines. + Prospecting potential clients (via cold calls, Zalo, email, referrals, etc.) + Handling Negotiations and fee negotiations within authorized limits. + Preparing and collecting contracts. + Creating vending machine installation documents and distributing to other departments. + Accompanying clients for vending machine installation. - Existing Customer Follow-up: + Handling customer complaints (e.g., jammed bills). + Notifying customers of vending machine relocation or removal. + Introducing new products. + Creating reports on usage. - ...
